I am Evelyn.
Inspite of my age, I am still a dreamer. I can imagine a peaceful world, in which people of different languages, nations and religions share land and visions.
I believe in cooperation, coexistence, mutual respect, creativity and in the power of friendship and love.
I know that there is conflict between people and nations, but I consider conflict as a challenge, not necessarily as an obstacle.
I believe that one can find lots of things in common with people who went through totally different life experience and whose life is totally different from ours.
I believe that each single person can contribute to make our world a better place for all.
I believe that many teaspoons of mutual respect, understanding and compromise can sweeten the sea of hostility which brings about bloodshed, war and terror.
I believe that turning our forces and resources against one another generates hatred and bloodshed, while adding forces and resources can generate prosperity and peace for all.
I am very glad to be able to host you at the 15th peaceamp and wish you a good and productive time here in Austria.
